Who we are
Bagarre is an app published by Automatix, a French SASU with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 949 325 518, with its registered office at 10 rue de Penthièvre, 75008 Paris, France. Contact: support@bagarre.app.
In short
No account, no ads, no selling of data. Your profile, history and settings stay on your iPhone.
Data stored only on your device
Profile (level, stance, gear, place, goal, coach), session history, streak, settings and reminders. Any injuries you enter are only used to adjust session intensity: they never leave your iPhone. This data is deleted when you delete the app. It may be included in your iPhone backup (iCloud or computer).
Usage statistics (PostHog)
To improve the app, we measure how it is used: screens viewed, sessions started or completed (duration, rounds, streak, rating given), settings and answers picked from fixed lists, plus technical information (app and iOS version, iPhone model, language, App Store country, time zone). These measurements are linked to a random identifier, not to your name or email. Nothing you type is sent, and neither are your injuries. Your location is not derived from your IP address. The data is hosted in the European Union (PostHog EU Cloud).
You can turn these measurements off at any time: Profile › Legal › Share anonymous statistics.
Subscriptions (Apple and RevenueCat)
Payments are processed by Apple: we never see your bank details or your Apple ID. To know whether your subscription is active, we use RevenueCat, which receives the purchase history associated with the same random identifier. RevenueCat is based in the United States; transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Notifications
Training reminders and the trial-end reminder are local notifications, scheduled on your iPhone. No server sends you messages. You can turn training reminders off in the app (Profile › Reminders) and all notifications in Settings › Notifications › Bagarre.
What we don’t do
No ads, no cross-app ad tracking, no selling or renting of data, no profiling.
Legal basis
Subscription: performance of the contract. Usage statistics: legitimate interest (improving the app); they can be turned off in Profile › Legal, involve no geolocation, and are kept for 12 months at most.
Retention
Data on your device: until you delete the app. Statistics: 12 months at most.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can request access to, correction or deletion of the data linked to your identifier, or object to its processing. Write to us from the app (Profile › Help › Contact support) or at support@bagarre.app: we reply within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, cnil.fr).
Age
Bagarre is not intended for children under 13.
Changes
We will update this page if the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
