Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Bagarre (or, in the app, Profile › Subscription › Manage subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

I switched iPhones. How do I get my subscription back?

Profile › Subscription › Restore, with the same Apple ID.

How do I change coach?

Profile › Coach, or during a session from the pause screen.

I’m left-handed (southpaw stance)

Profile › Training › Stance › Southpaw. Combos and side calls adapt.

I don’t have a bag

Pick Shadow on the home screen or in Profile › Training › Bag or shadow: sessions adapt. If your gear doesn’t include a bag, the app switches to shadow on its own.

I listen to music at the same time

Your music gets quieter when the coach speaks. Choose in Profile › Audio › Music ducking: “Per round” (music stays low for the whole round) or “Per call” (it only dips during each call).

I don’t get reminders

Check that reminders are on in Profile › Reminders, then in Settings › Notifications › Bagarre, and turn off Focus mode.

How do I delete my data?

Deleting the app erases everything on your iPhone. For statistics linked to your identifier, email us.
